Data Deletion & Access Requests

How to request

Email valleyai.az@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" (or "Access my data") from the email address you used on our form, and include the phone number you submitted.

What happens next

1. We confirm the request came from you (usually by replying to the same email or calling the number you gave).
2. Within 30 days we delete your form submissions, contact record, and related notes from our website logs and our customer-relationship system, or send you a copy if you asked for access.
3. We email you when it is done.

We may keep a minimal record that you asked us not to contact you, so we can honor that request, and anything the law requires us to keep.

Opting out of contact only

Reply STOP to any text, or reply to any email asking us to stop. We will stop contacting you without deleting your request history, unless you ask for deletion.
