Free audit

The audit call is free and carries no obligation.

Setup fees

Setup fees cover build work (accounts, automations, pages, ads configuration). Because that work starts right away, setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless your written agreement says otherwise. If we have not started work, we will refund the setup fee in full on request.

Monthly fees

Monthly service is month to month after setup unless your agreement sets a term. Cancel with written notice (email is fine) before your next billing date; service runs through the end of the paid period and we do not prorate partial months.

Ad spend

Advertising spend is billed directly by the platforms (Google, Meta, Yelp, and others) to your accounts. We cannot refund platform charges.

Your data after cancellation

You keep your ad accounts, domains, and customer data. On request we will export your data and remove our access.
