Follow-up system · for Maricopa home-service owners

Most jobs are lost after the first call, not before it.

You already pay Yelp, Google, and Angi for the clicks and calls. The follow-up system turns more of them into booked jobs: texts and emails that go out on their own for new leads, unsold estimates, no-shows, reviews, and past customers, and stop the moment someone books, replies, or opts out.

The problem

The lead came in. Then nobody followed up.

Most shops are good at the first call. The jobs slip away in the days after it, when the office is busy and the tech is on the next job.

01

Quotes nobody chases

The estimate goes out, the homeowner says “let me think about it,” and no one checks back. A competitor who follows up gets the job.

02

One-and-done replies

A new lead gets one text or one call back. If they don’t answer, the conversation ends there, even though you paid for the click.

03

Customers you already won

No-shows don’t get rebooked, happy customers aren’t asked for a review, and past customers never hear from you when the next tune-up is due.

What runs automatically

Five follow-ups. None of them on your to-do list.

We write the messages with you, connect them to your phone number, forms, and calendar, then keep them running and tuned every month.

  1. 01

    New-lead follow-up

Text + email until they book or opt out. An instant first reply, then a short series of check-ins for leads who don’t answer the first time.

  2. 02

    Unsold estimates & quotes

Keeps the quote alive. Check-ins after the estimate that answer questions, offer a time, and ask for the decision, so it doesn’t sit in a drawer.

  3. 03

    No-shows & reschedules

Gets the visit back on the calendar. Reminders before the appointment and a quick nudge to rebook when someone misses or cancels.

  4. 04

    Review requests

Asks while the job is fresh. A short message after the work is done with a direct link to leave a review.

  5. 05

    Past-customer reactivation

Brings repeat work back. Seasonal tune-ups, maintenance reminders, and “it’s been a year” check-ins sent to customers you already served.

Example sequence

An unsold estimate, five touches.

This is an example to show how it works. Real timing, wording, and channels are set with you for your trade and your customers before anything goes live.

Example only · not a fixed script

  1. Same day

    Text

Hi Maria, thanks for having us out today. Here’s your estimate from [Your shop]: [link]. Questions? Just reply here.

  2. Day 1

    Email

A clear recap of the estimate: the options, what’s included, and an easy way to reply with a day that works.

  3. Day 3

    Text

Any questions on the estimate? Happy to walk through the options. Reply with a good time to call.

  4. Day 7

    Text

We have openings next week. Want us to hold one for you? Reply YES and we’ll call to set it.

  5. Day 14

    Email

Should we close out your estimate? If the timing changed, reply “later” and we’ll check back next season.

Every sequence stops on its own when the customer replies, books, or texts STOP.

By trade

Built for how your trade books.

Same system, different follow-ups. These are typical starting points we tune on the audit call.

HVAC
Replacement quotes that go quiet after the third bid. Spring and fall tune-up reminders. Maintenance-agreement renewals before they lapse.
Plumbing
Water-heater and repipe estimates. Reschedule nudges for missed service windows. Annual water-heater flush reminders and review requests after the job.
Electrical
Panel upgrade, EV charger, and rewiring quotes. No-show nudges for scheduled service calls. Review requests once the work passes.
Roofing
Inspection-to-estimate follow-up. Pre-monsoon check-ins for past customers. Review requests after the install.
Cleaning
Re-book reminders for carpet, upholstery, duct, and dryer-vent cleaning. Recurring-service reactivation. Valley runs the lead, follow-up, and booking system for client Superior Home Solutions.

FAQ

Asked before the call

What about opt-outs and consent?

Follow-ups only go to people who contacted you or are already your customers. We add clear consent language to your forms, every text names your company and says how to opt out, and a STOP reply ends texts to that number right away. Texts go out during daytime hours. It’s built to be TCPA-friendly, but it isn’t legal advice, so check with your own counsel if you have questions.

Does it work with my phone number and CRM?

Yes, it runs on the phone number, forms, and calendar or CRM you already use wherever they allow a connection. If one of your tools can’t connect, we tell you on the audit call before you pay anything.

Do you sell ads or leads?

No. You already pay Yelp, Google, Angi, or Meta for the clicks and calls. We make sure more of them get a second, third, and fourth touch and turn into booked jobs. Your ad spend stays in your accounts.

Will it annoy my customers?

Each sequence is a handful of short, plain messages, and it stops the moment someone replies, books, or opts out. We write the wording with you, and nothing goes live until you’ve seen it.

Is it already in my package?

Every package includes follow-up, and Starter covers the core sequences: missed-call text-backs and follow-up until they book. If you only want the follow-up system, you can buy it on its own.

How do I cancel?

Month-to-month after setup. Written notice is enough to stop. Setup is non-refundable once work starts, and we walk through that before you sign.
